Walo

Direct/Indirect

Walo is a linear luminaire that casts light to either side, reflecting off of the adjacent surface. The resulting parallel bands of brightness – whether up-and-down or side-to-side – define and delineate walls and pathways.

Walo is compact, projecting just 2″, from wall or ceiling. A 4 ½” fascia and chamfered sides return light to the mounting surface and minimize the direct brightness from the luminaire.

Walo can be used individually or in patterns, installing vertically or horizontally on walls and on ceilings. Lighted joiner elements enable Walo to turn inside and outside corners. A full suite of on-board driver, battery pack and electrical options makes WALO a practical approach for lighting circulation areas.

Light Source

Static White

Custom array of mid-flux LEDs are cartridge-mounted with quick connect wiring to facilitate service and thermal management. Available in 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K with a minimum 80+ CRI and an option for 90+ CRI with elevated R9 value. Color consistency maintained to within 3 SDCM. LEDs operate at reduced drive current to optimize efficacy and lumen maintenance.

Duo (Tunable White)

ChromaWerx Duo’s two-channel control balances interior light with natural light as it changes hue over the course of the day, optimizing comfort from day to night.

Quadro (RGBW)

ChromaWerx Quadro is a four-channel control that operates an RGBW LED array and addresses the need for more expressive color in architectural applications, creating rich, colored light effects, together with various shades of white.

Sola (Dim to Warm)

ChromaWerx Sola provides one-channel control to keep spaces warm and welcoming. Mirroring the effect of traditional incandescent, Sola dims from 3500K to 2200K letting you transition any space from corporate to cozy.

Optics

HLO

The High-Efficiency Lambertian Optic (HLO) shielding of diffusing 0.075″ thick acrylic with up to 88% transmission and good source obscuration is combined with matte white side reflectors to create an efficient optical chamber with uniform luminosity. Luminaire brightness is controlled by the flux-to shielding area ratio.

Patterns

Levelled 90º corner for both surface and wall mount, customize angles are also available.
